Brozir Refund & Returns Policy
At Brozir, every item is made to order with care and attention. Because our products are custom-produced after each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
However, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or damage during delivery, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
Contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order
Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
There is no need to return the damaged item
Please Note
Wrong size or color orders cannot be refunded, so please check the size chart and product details carefully before ordering.
Small variations (up to 0.5" in print placement) are normal and not considered defects.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you can choose:
A reprint for an extra charge, or
A partial refund
Once the order has been shipped, Brozir is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
