Brozir  Terms & Policies

At Brozir, we create custom-designed clothing made just for you. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders & Production

All items are made to order specifically for you.

Once your order is confirmed, it immediately enters production and cannot be canceled or modified.

Production time is usually 2–7 business days, and shipping time varies by location (typically 5–15 business days).

2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers to the address you provide.

You will receive a tracking link once your order has been produced and shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on production, stock availability, and the shipping carrier.

Brozir is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect delivery addresses.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

3. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Since all products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as wrong size, color, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.

To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Product Details

Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings.

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Small variations in print placement or color (up to 0.5") are normal and not considered defects.

5. Intellectual Property

All Brozir designs are protected by copyright.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
